Warranty

Ameri-Brand Products Inc. warrants the Bimini-Butler for a period of 1 Year from date of shipment. We warrant the Bimini-Butler to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If, upon our inspection, a Bimini-Butler fails within our warranty criteria, we will repair or replace at our option, at no charge, if the damage occurs within 1 year of its factory ship date. The consumer is responsible for any fees related to the shipment of the Bimini-Butler to the factory address shown below.

This warranty is void if the Bimini-Butler has been damaged due to improper installation or improper use. Please note: The Bimini-Butler is not designed to be extended while the boat is moving. Damage or injury may occur if the Bimini-Butler is extended while the boat is under way.

This warranty is void if the Bimini-Butler has been subject to misuse, alteration, neglect, abuse, accident, or if installed in an application or mounting situation for which it was not designed.

This warranty does not apply to color fading, misuse of product or damage caused by undue abuse.  This warranty is limited to repair or replacement and does not include consequential damage, installation expenses or any freight charges.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties, either expressed or implied.  No terms of this warranty can be changed without  written consent of Ameri-Brand Products, Inc. and no other person is authorized to assume for us any other liability for consequential damage resulting from or out of the use of our products, the entire extent of this warranty being herein expressed.
